Due to the national lockdown effective 26 March 2020 announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa, AMASONDO has implemented business contingency plans.

All possible measures have been taken to ensure limited disruption on day-to-day operations.

Call center

Limited access with telephonic queries

Our call centre team will have limited or poor-quality access to assist with telephonic queries and authorisations on 0861 377 872 but will have full access to assist with queries/authorisation requests logged via the 3rd party supplier portal.

Online support

Amasondo supplier management team will be online

The Amasondo supplier management team will be online to provide support pertaining to all portal queries with regards to logging on and/or creation of new accounts. Portal requests can be directed to the supplier management team on supplierportal@amasondo.co.za.

All suppliers are requested to please make full use of the third-party portal.
